User logging and reading reports

Being able to share information in a smart platform is all well and good, but knowing that information actually gets read is even better.

All user activity in our platform is automatically logged. With the built-in statistics module, managers can quickly create reports and get an instant overview of what’s happening in the system. With a few quick clicks, you can find out how many users are active, when they log on, who isn’t logging on often enough and who read what.

What did your employees not read?

The flow of information throughout your network is absolutely crucial to efficiently drive your business towards expansion and profitability. If employees act and make decisions on incorrect or missing information, you risk operational discrepancies that could damage both the brand and customer experience.

That’s why it’s vital for management to know that all staff in stores or restaurants have read all the information that’s intended for them. Marketing and campaigns, new guidelines and other important news may affect how customers experience your brand, but they must first be communicated and implemented to everyy corner of your network.

By checking who hasn’t read important news items, you can act quickly and solve the problem. You get full control over whether the information is received. Combining reading reports and user logging with our digital checklists feature provides a completely unique overview that the entire organisation knows, understands and does the right things – every day.

This will help every location to deliver consistently when it comes to customer interactions and customers will feel satisfied because their expectations are met.

Reports

All data is available directly within our platform and you can create reports that can be printed or saved at any time. Reports can be created according to your needs on an overall network level or you can drill down to single page or user level.

With the statistics, you can require employees and franchisees to keep themselves up to date or specify that they for example need to have read at least 95% of the information shared to them.
